Support Systems of Forsyth County was established to help bridge this gap by providing county-wide micro-transit coverage, including both the City of Winston-Salem and underserved county areas where fixed-route public transit is unavailable.
We do not replace public transit—we support it.

Access to transportation should never be a barrier to employment. Support Systems provides reliable transportation for individuals traveling to work, job training programs, interviews, and workforce development opportunities—helping employers maintain a dependable workforce while supporting economic mobility for residents across Forsyth, Davidson, Davie, and Guilford counties.
Non-Emergency Medical Transportation
Support Systems of Forsyth County provides reliable, door-to-door non-emergency medical transportation for individuals who need safe access to healthcare. We transport patients to and from medical appointments, dialysis, physical therapy, and follow-up care—helping reduce missed appointments and supporting better health outcomes.

Medical Logistics
In addition to transportation services, we offer medical courier services as a distinct, specialized line of business. Our team is fully trained and certified to handle medical deliveries with professionalism, discretion, and compliance. Medical Courier Services Include: laboratory specimen transport, medical records delivery, pharmaceutical and medical supply delivery, time-sensitive and scheduled medical routes. We understand the importance of chain of custody, timeliness, and confidentiality in medical logistics and operate accordingly.
